I founded Glass Elephant after spending more than two decades inside large global organisations, leading marketing, digital and customer experience transformation. I saw the same pattern repeat itself: ambitious strategies, significant investment in technology, and talented teams - yet execution consistently fell short.

With more than 20 years of global experience across Fortune 100 organisations, I have led large-scale digital, marketing and CX transformations across B2B and B2C environments. My background spans brand, growth marketing, CRM, MarTech, content operations and data — not as isolated disciplines, but as interconnected parts of the same system. What sets my work apart is a relentless focus on execution and proof. I do not design transformation roadmaps that sit on shelves. I help organisations build future-ready systems that teams can actually run, optimise and evolve - with clear governance, accountability and performance measurement embedded from day one.
